Goals The
Columbus Writers Conference was born in 1993 with the goal of offering educational
and networking opportunities to those in the writing field. The conference
has featured a wide variety of presentations aimed at writers ranging from beginners
to seasoned professionals. Writers attending the conference have experienced a
broad spectrum of writing topics presented by writers, editors, and literary agents. A few of the many writers and/or editors who have participated include Lee K. Abbott, David Baker, Tracy Bernstein, David Citino, Oscar Collier, Brenda Copeland, Betty Deramus, Tracey E.
